Comtess side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Mar 05, 2002. Female patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinsonism and was treated with Comtess. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal adhesions, cardiac arrest , cardiac failure, gastric perforation, gastrointestinal necrosis, ileus, intestinal gangrene, nausea , pallor. Comtess dosage: 200 MG ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FLUNITRAZEPAM, SINEMET DEPOT, MADOPARK, BEHEPAN, REMERON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Comtess dosage: 200 MG ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CELEBRA, FLUNITRAZEPAM, SINEMET DEPOT, MADOPARK, BEHEPAN, REMERON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , atherosclerosis, blood pressure systolic increased, cardiac failure, dysphagia, dyspnoea, encephalopathy, fall , ischaemic stroke. Comtess dosage: 600 MG ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with AMANTADINE, MADOPAR, BERLIPRIL, ASPIRIN, PROSTAMOL, SERMION. Patient died.

Male patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Comtess. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , blood pressure systolic increased, cardiac failure, encephalopathy, fall , ischaemic stroke, myocardial infarction. Comtess dosage: 600 MG ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with AMANTADINE, MADOPAR, BERLIPRIL, ASPIRIN, PROSTAMOL, SERMION. Patient died.
