Male patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt, parkinson's disease  and was treated with Comtan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, confusional state, glasgow coma scale abnormal, intentional overdose, lung disorder, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, somnolence. Comtan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIVOTRIL, STALEVO, EFFERALGAN CODEINE, LACTULOSE, ALCOHOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
