After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: parosmia, pharyngeal oedema, pneumonia , respiratory failure, throat tightness. Combivent dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, PROVENTIL, LASIX, XANAX, OXYGEN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled.
