Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 213.0 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Combivent. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: parosmia, pharyngeal oedema, pneumonia , respiratory failure, throat tightness. Combivent dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, PROVENTIL, LASIX, XANAX, OXYGEN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled.
