Colistin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 04, 2005. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia  and was treated with Colistin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ disorder, renal disorder, sepsis . Colistin dosage: 150MG Q8 HOURS INTRAVENOUS. Patient died on 10/21/2004.
