Colchicine side effect was reported by a Physician from TURKEY on Oct 18, 2005. Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with gouty arthritis and was treated with Colchicine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: rhabdomyolysis. Colchicine dosage: 1.5 MG, DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN AND OXYCODONE, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Colchicine dosage: 0.6 MG 1-2 TIMES DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with GEMFIBROZIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
