Colchicine side effect was reported by a Physician from TURKEY on Oct 18, 2005. Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with gouty arthritis and was treated with Colchicine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: rhabdomyolysis. Colchicine dosage: 1.5 MG, DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal mass, rhabdomyolysis. Colchicine dosage: 0.6MG EVERY DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN AND OXYCODONE, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, blood cholesterol increased, diabetes mellitus, diarrhoea, hypokinesia, rhabdomyolysis, skin inflammation. Colchicine dosage: 0.6 MG 1-2 TIMES DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with GEMFIBROZIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CICLOSPORIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, creatinine renal clearance decreased, kidney fibrosis, nephropathy toxic, proteinuria, renal amyloidosis, rhabdomyolysis. Colchicine dosage: 0.5 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with CICLOSPORIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
