Colchicine side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 10, 2005. Male patient, 37 years of age, was diagnosed with pericarditis and was treated with Colchicine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , gastritis, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, nausea , off label use, white blood cell count increased. Colchicine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, LOTREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, asthenia, dehydration, gouty arthritis, nausea , pain in extremity, renal failure acute. Colchicine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , hyperkalaemia, hypovolaemia, lactic acidosis, nausea , pain , renal failure acute, respiratory failure. Colchicine dosage: 1 TABLET Q1H -MAX 6MG/24H- PO. Patient died on 03/24/2009.
