After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, burning sensation, diarrhoea, gastrointestinal disorder, headache . Colchicine dosage: }20, 2MG DOSES INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with PHENYTOIN, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, VITAMIN E, COENZYME Q, VITAMIN C. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
