Colchicine side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 07, 2005. Female patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Colchicine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, burning sensation, diarrhoea, gastrointestinal disorder, headache . Colchicine dosage: }20, 2MG DOSES INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with PHENYTOIN, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, VITAMIN E, COENZYME Q, VITAMIN C. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
