Cokenzen side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Mar 17, 2009. Female patient, 90 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Cokenzen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , hypotension, malaise, spinal compression fracture, thoracic vertebral fracture. Cokenzen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ISOPTIN, VASTAREL, LEXOMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Cokenzen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dialysis , hepatic enzyme increased, hypotension, hypothermia , oedema peripheral, renal failure acute, rhabdomyolysis. Cokenzen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LASILIX, HYPERIUM, BEFIZAL, SOPROL, NEXEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
