Male patient, 44 years of age, weighting 360.5 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms, obesity What is  obesity, cardiac disorder and was treated with Codeine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, constipation What is  constipation, dyspepsia, fear of eating, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, haemorrhoids, hypertension, nausea What is  nausea, pyrexia. Codeine dosage: 30 MG, QID. During the same period patient was treated with ACOMPLIA, LISINOPRIL, IRBESARTAN, ACETAMINOPHEN, SPIRONOLACTONE, ASPIRIN, ATENOLOL, ATORVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
