Codeine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on May 14, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with postoperative analgesia and was treated with Codeine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, miosis, overdose, rash , tachycardia. Codeine dosage: 65 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with FLOXACILLIN, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, coma, miosis, renal impairment, respiratory failure. Codeine dosage: 75 MG (25 MG THREE TIMES A DAY), PO. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITHROMYCIN, VORICONAZOLE, CEFTRIAXONE, VALPROIC ACID. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac murmur, catheter related infection, cerebral infarction, convulsion, dyspnoea, grand mal convulsion, hypotension, miosis, overdose. Codeine dosage: 120 MG (NR, 4 TIMES DAILY), PO. During the same period patient was treated with CODEINE SUL, ACETAMINOPHEN, CEFAZOLIN, GENTAMICIN, AMLODIPINE. Patient recovered.
