Codeine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Mar 19, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with pain prophylaxis, labour induction and was treated with Codeine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, premature labour, pubic pain. Codeine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CONCENTRA, MOVICOL, ACETAMINOPHEN, PROSTIN E. Patient recovered.

Codeine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on July 12, 2006. Male patient, 24 years of age, was diagnosed with headache  and was treated with Codeine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, exsanguination, haematuria, oxygen saturation decreased, pharyngeal haemorrhage, productive cough, respiratory disorder, sputum discoloured, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Codeine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/13/2006.
