Codeine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 05, 2006. Female patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with cough, pneumonia What is  pneumonia and was treated with Codeine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioneurotic oedema, asthenia, dysphagia, fatigue, oedema peripheral, swollen tongue. Codeine dosage: 10ML QHS PRN PO. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITHROMYCIN, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ATENOLOL, SALINE NASAL SPRAY. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioneurotic oedema. Codeine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
