Male patient, 20 years of age, was diagnosed with local anaesthesia and was treated with Cocaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaesthetic complication cardiac, cardio-respiratory arrest. Cocaine dosage: unknown. Patient died.

Male patient, 35 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with back injury and was treated with Cocaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, cardio-respiratory arrest, disorientation, myocardial ischaemia, nausea , somnolence, substance abuse. Cocaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BENZODIAZEPINE, CANNABIS, XANAX, OXYCONTIN. Patient died on 02/05/1999.
