Female patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with anaesthesia and was treated with Cocaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, anaesthetic complication, cardiogenic shock, sinus bradycardia. Cocaine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
