Male patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with alcohol use, neck pain and was treated with Cocaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, electric shock, pain What is  pain, substance abuse, unresponsive to stimuli. Cocaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALCOHOL, OXYCONTIN. Patient died on 08/20/2006.
