Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, endocarditis , pain in extremity, lipid metabolism disorder and was treated with Coaprovel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coronary artery occlusion, endocarditis , eosinophilia, pyrexia, renal failure acute. Coaprovel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLAMOXYL, TIENAM, VANCOMYCIN, PROPOFAN, PRAVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
