After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, confusional state, disorientation, fall , hyponatraemia. Coaprovel dosage: IRBESARTAN+HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE 150MG + 12.5 MG.. During the same period patient was treated with DISCOTRINE, IKOREL, SOTALOL, KARDEGIC, MIXTARD, FORLAX, VASTAREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
