Female patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with vaginal candidiasis and was treated with Clotrimazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , abdominal pain lower, abortion threatened, headache , hyperhidrosis, vaginal haemorrhage. Clotrimazole dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 500 MG. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 33 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with candidiasis, genital pruritus female and was treated with Clotrimazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , foetal movements decreased, premature separation of placenta, vaginal haemorrhage. Clotrimazole dosage: 500 MG, TOTAL DAILY, VAGINAL. Patient died.

Male patient, 52 years of age, weighting 169.8 lb, was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme, prophylaxis and was treated with Clotrimazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , hypersensitivity, rash erythematous, rash pruritic, renal infarct, splenic infarction. Clotrimazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TEMODAR, DILANTIN, KEPPRA, DECADRON, COREG, PREVACID, SYNTHROID, ZOCOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
