Clorazepate Side Effects Report #5482039-0
Clorazepate side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SPAIN on Sept 19, 2007. Female patient, 49 years of age, was treated with Clorazepate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, intentional overdose, miosis, somnolence. Clorazepate dosage: 55MG, 11 TABS IN 1 DOSE, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZIPRASIDONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , completed suicide, depressed level of consciousness, grand mal convulsion. Clorazepate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, DEXTROPROPOXYPHENE, OXYBUTYNIN CHLORIDE, CYCLOBENZAPRINE, BACLOFEN, CISAPRIDE, OMEPRAZOLE, DIOSMIN. Patient died.

Clorazepate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NORVIR, EFAVIRENZ, FOSAMPRENAVIR, BACTRIM, METHADONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
