Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with asthma , cardiac disorder, muscle spasms and was treated with Clorazepate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dry mouth, dyspnoea, muscle spasms, nervousness. Clorazepate dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
