Clorazepate Side Effects Report #4692359-5
Clorazepate side effect was reported by a Physician from on June 07, 2005. Female patient, 21 years of age, was diagnosed with convulsion prophylaxis, pyrexia and was treated with Clorazepate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular operation, pancytopenia. Clorazepate dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with DEPACON, METAMIZOLE MAGNESIUM, OMEPRAZOLE, ACETAMINOPHEN, KETOROLAC TROMETHAMINE, BUPRENORPHINE, HYDROCHLORIDE, ONDANSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
