Clorazepate side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 03, 2006. Female patient, 44 years of age, was treated with Clorazepate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, completed suicide, depressed level of consciousness, grand mal convulsion. Clorazepate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, DEXTROPROPOXYPHENE, OXYBUTYNIN CHLORIDE, CYCLOBENZAPRINE, BACLOFEN, CISAPRIDE, OMEPRAZOLE, DIOSMIN. Patient died.
