Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis, mycobacterium avium complex infection and was treated with Clopidogrel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, thrombosis in device. Clopidogrel dosage: 75 MG;DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ABCIXIMAB, ASPIRIN, CLARITHROMYCIN, RIFAMPICIN. Patient recovered.
