Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with stent placement and was treated with Clopidogrel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, cardiac enzymes increased, dyspnoea, echocardiogram abnormal, myocardial infarction, overdose, rales, thrombosis in device. Clopidogrel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BIVALIRUDIN, SPIRONOLACTONE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, ATORVASTATIN, AMLODIPINE, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
