Female patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction, hypercholesterolaemia, angina pectoris, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Clopidogrel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cardiac arrest , haematoma, haemoglobin decreased. Clopidogrel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLEXANE, ASPIRIN, ROSUVASTATIN, NICORANDIL, UNIVER, DIGOXIN, FRUSEMIDE, RAMIPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
