Female patient was diagnosed with postoperative analgesia, spinal anaesthesia and was treated with Clonidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction. Clonidine dosage: 1.2 MCG/ML, CONTINUOUS INFUSION AT 6 ML/H. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOBUPIVACAINE, ACETAMINOPHEN, PROPOFOL, DIHYDROCODEINE, TRAMADOL. Patient recovered.
