After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, cerebral haemorrhage, cerebrovascular accident, constipation , diarrhoea, dyspepsia, hepatic cirrhosis, hepatic steatosis, hepatocellular damage. Clonazepam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, FENTANYL, FLUOXETINE, INSULIN NJECTION, ISOPHANE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/18/2006.
