Clomipramine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Nov 05, 2007. Male patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Clomipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, diarrhoea, haemodialysis, lymphocyte count decreased, nephritis interstitial, red blood cell count decreased, renal failure acute. Clomipramine dosage: 50 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with TEPRENONE, VALPROIC ACID, CARBAMAZEPINE, PEROSPIRONE, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
