Male patient was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder , panic attack and was treated with Clomipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , hyperhidrosis, insomnia. Clomipramine dosage: 50 MG BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with XANAX, WELLBUTRIN, RITALIN. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPHENIDATE. Patient recovered.

Clomipramine dosage: 75 MG;ONCE;. During the same period patient was treated with VENLAFAZINE, MIRTAZAPINE, RISPERIDONE, LORAZEPAM, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
