After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol poisoning, dry skin, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, grand mal convulsion, metabolic acidosis, mydriasis, pain . Clomipramine dosage: 50MG/DAY, ORAL; SEE IMAGE. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE, AMITRIPTYLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
