Clomipramine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Jan 16, 2008. Male patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Clomipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, anuria, arthralgia, diarrhoea, haemodialysis, nephritis interstitial, renal failure acute, somatoform disorder. Clomipramine dosage: 50MG,QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CARBAZEPINE, TEPRENONE, VALPROATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, constipation , dehydration, hyperhidrosis, oral intake reduced, palpitations, urine output decreased, weight decreased. Clomipramine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
