Clomipramine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SPAIN on Nov 10, 2008. Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Clomipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, chills, fibrin d dimer increased, hyperhidrosis, hypertension, myoclonus, no therapeutic response. Clomipramine dosage: 75 MG;ONCE;. During the same period patient was treated with VENLAFAZINE, MIRTAZAPINE, RISPERIDONE, LORAZEPAM, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
