Clomiphene side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from ISRAEL on Mar 05, 2009. Female patient, 27 years of age, was diagnosed with infertility  and was treated with Clomiphene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood triglycerides increased, pancreatitis acute, treatment noncompliance. Clomiphene dosage: (GRADUALLY INCREASED FROM 50 MG TO 150 MG FOR 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS PER WEEK), (DF). During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, COLCHICINE, FIBRATES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
