Clolar Side Effects Report #4900535-9
Clolar side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 04, 2005. Male patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Clolar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, epistaxis, headache , mass, nausea , neoplasm malignant, pain , thrombocytopenia. Clolar dosage: 4 MG/M2 QD X 5 IV. During the same period patient was treated with PREVACID, PRILOSEC, COUMADIN, ATENOLOL, XANAX, OXYCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoxia, pulmonary embolism , thrombocytopenia. Clolar dosage: 38 MG, QDX5, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, OXYGEN. Patient died on 01/13/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, cellulitis , neutropenia, pneumonia fungal, thrombocytopenia. Clolar dosage: 84 MG QD X 5 IV. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, LEVALBUTEROL, BACTRIM, MORPHINE, HALDOL, ACTIVASE, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient died on 04/08/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, disseminated intravascular coagulation, gastritis, haematemesis, hypovolaemic shock, neutropenia, septic shock, thrombocytopenia. Clolar dosage: 40 MG/M2, QDX5. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/26/2008.

During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ALLOPURINOL. Patient recovered.
