Clolar Side Effects Report #5787472-5
Clolar side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 12, 2008. Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 199.7 lb, was diagnosed with myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Clolar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clostridium difficile colitis, culture urine positive, dysuria, enterococcal infection, graft versus host disease, intervertebral disc protrusion, micturition urgency, pseudomonas infection. Clolar dosage: 67 MG, QDX5, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with PHENYTOIN, MICAFUNGIN, DEXAMETHASONE, DEXAMETHASONE PHOSPHATE, ONDANSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE, PANTOPRAZOLE, AZTREONAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Clolar dosage: 16.8 MG, QDX5, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with BUSULFAN, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypokalaemia, infection . Clolar dosage: 40 MG/M2 QD X 5 IV. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, AMBISOME, ACETAMINOPHEN, ACYCLOVIR, CEPHALEXIN, DEXAMETHASONE, DIPHENHYDRAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Clolar dosage: 16.8 MG, QDX5, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with BUSULFAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Clolar dosage: unknown. Patient died on 03/14/2008.
