Clolar side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 18, 2008. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 197.3 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Clolar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood uric acid increased, diarrhoea, liver function test abnormal, oedema, pericardial effusion, rash . Clolar dosage: 40 MG/M2, QDX5, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, THYMOGLOBULINE, FLUCONAZOLE. Patient recovered.
