Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 197.3 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Clolar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood uric acid increased, diarrhoea, liver function test abnormal, oedema, pericardial effusion, rash What is  rash. Clolar dosage: 40 MG/M2, QDX5, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, THYMOGLOBULINE, FLUCONAZOLE. Patient recovered.
