Clolar Side Effects Report #5914957-0
Clolar side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 02, 2008. Male patient, child 9 years of age, weighting 97.00 lb, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Clolar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, caecitis, cardiac failure, coagulopathy, conjunctival haemorrhage. Clolar dosage: 73 MG, ONCE, INTRAVENOUS; 36.5 MG, QD, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, ALLOPURINOL, CEFEPIME, PERIDEX, MORPHINE, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
