After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ failure, pancreatitis, sepsis . Clofarabine dosage: 40 MG/M2 QD X 5 IV. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
