Female patient, 26 years of age, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Clofarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, cellulitis gangrenous, dialysis , electrocardiogram t wave amplitude decreased, febrile neutropenia, hyperbilirubinaemia, hypotension, infection . Clofarabine dosage: 60 MG QD X 3 IV. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, BACTRIM DS, COMPAZINE, CYTARABINE, KEPPRA, MORPHINE SULPHATE, NEXIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/20/2006.
