Clofarabine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PERCOCET, ZOSYN, TOBRAMYCIN, BENADRYL, ACETAMINOPHEN, HYDROCODONE, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
