After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, atrial fibrillation , cardiomegaly, chest x-ray abnormal, erythema, hypotension, inflammation, neutropenic sepsis, renal impairment. Clofarabine dosage: 30 MG/M2 QD IV. During the same period patient was treated with CASPOFUNGIN, MEROPENIM, TEICOPLANIN, FLUCONAZOLE, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient died on 10/11/2005.
