After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood lactic acid increased, blood ph decreased, blood phosphorus increased, cardio-respiratory arrest, diarrhoea, fatigue. Clofarabine dosage: 87 MG QD X 5 IV. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, VANCOMYCIN, ACETAMINOPHEN, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE AND IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, AMILORIDE, AMPHOTERICIN B. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/12/2006.

Male patient, 16 years of age, weighting 85.98 lb, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Clofarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, renal failure, respiratory failure. Clofarabine dosage: 30 MG/M2 QD IV. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ACETAMINOPHEN, ALLOPURINOL, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient died.
