Female patient, weighting 300.0 lb, was diagnosed with tooth abscess and was treated with Clindmycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ageusia, blister, burning sensation, oral mucosal blistering, skin disorder, skin exfoliation. Clindmycin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
