Clindamycin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 02, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with wound infection and was treated with Clindamycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium increased, dehydration, dialysis , exanthem, fatigue, rash scaly, renal atrophy, renal impairment, skin exfoliation. Clindamycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROPAVAN, ALLOPURINOL, FUROSEMIDE, TENORMIN, FLUNITRAZEPAM, RENITC, EPOETIN ALFA), BICARBONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
