Clexane side effect was reported by a Physician from on Sept 26, 2003. Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism , atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Clexane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemorrhage, hypotension, injection site haemorrhage, international normalised ratio increased, subcutaneous haematoma. Clexane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, ASPIRIN, DIGOXIN, METOPROLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
