Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis, sedation, pruritus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, angina pectoris, pain  and was treated with Clexane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, erythema, lip erosion, mucosal erosion, ocular hyperaemia, pain of skin, pruritus, pyrexia, skin disorder. Clexane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROTHAZIN, TIMONIL, BERODUAL INHALATION SOLUTION, NITROGLYCERIN, TRAMADOL, METOCLOPRAMID, NOVAMINSULFON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
