Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with sialoadenitis and was treated with Cleocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chills, clostridium colitis, cold sweat, dehydration, fatigue, headache
, oral discomfort, pyrexia. Cleocin dosage: 600 MG (150 MG, QID), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with RALOXIFENE, VANCOMYCIN, METRONIDAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Cleocin Side Effects Report #4556633-5

Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with sialoadenitis and was treated with Cleocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clostridium colitis, dehydration, oral discomfort, skull fracture, stomatitis, upper limb fracture, weight decreased. Cleocin dosage: 600 MG (150 MG, QID), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with RALOXIFENE, VANCOMYCIN, METRONIDAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
