Cleocin Side Effects Report #4923576-4
Cleocin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 08, 2006. Male patient, child 2 years of age, weighting 27.00 lb, was diagnosed with staphylococcal infection  and was treated with Cleocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: grand mal convulsion, incorrect dose administered, skin lesion, staphylococcal infection . Cleocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLEOCIN PHOSPHATE, AUGMENTIN. Patient recovered.

Cleocin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on June 28, 2006. Male patient, 84 years of age, weighting 136.3 lb, was diagnosed with sepsis  and was treated with Cleocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, incorrect dose administered, loss of consciousness. Cleocin dosage: 300 MG ONCE IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient died on 05/17/2006.
