Male patient, child 2 years of age, weighting 27.00 lb, was diagnosed with staphylococcal infection What is  staphylococcal infection and was treated with Cleocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: grand mal convulsion, incorrect dose administered, skin lesion, staphylococcal infection What is  staphylococcal infection. Cleocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLEOCIN PHOSPHATE, AUGMENTIN. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 84 years of age, weighting 136.3 lb, was diagnosed with sepsis What is  sepsis and was treated with Cleocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, incorrect dose administered, loss of consciousness. Cleocin dosage: 300 MG ONCE IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient died on 05/17/2006.
